Chili Tofu with Oyster Sauce

This from my sister's recipe card. I just watched her cook this special tofu recipe yesterday

5 slices of extra firm tofu, each about 2cm thick
2 Green chili
1 tsp oyster sauce
3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
3 tbsp of oil for frying
salt to taste

Cut each slice of firm tofu again, about 2cm in width, you will get rectangles of firm tofu.
Fry the tofu in oil on both sides until golden brown. Remove and keep oil in pan.
In the same oil, fry the chopped garlic until crispy.
Add the oyster sauce.
Add the fried tofu and the green chili, add salt to taste if wanted.
Simmer it for 1 minutes.

Cooks' note:
Serve with a bowl of rice.

Hi I am new on cooking , I do really love reading recipe blogs, from them I learn to cook, and guess what I believe that I can cook because I love cooking even cooking is really not my forte but I do really give it a try , just like in a saying that "try and try until you succeed".

I'm inspired on all the recipe that they created and somehow someday I can do the same. But for now I am happy on what I am doing just reading their blog and share what's my favorite dish for the day and what blog and recipe that I pick.

Hope you will love and follow me on my journey of cooking!!!

On my second post I will share my first recipe card from the thousands of blogs online.
