Tilapia Vegetable Cream

Yesterday I cooked this meal for my husband, he was requesting for a fish in cream so I think of this recipe. This is an original recipe courtesy by me =). Hope you like this one.

  • 1 kilo of tilapia
  • 1 head of onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • coconut cream
  • salt
  • seasoning
  • okra
  • leaves malunggay
  • siling haba
  • water spinach

Fry tilapia make it golden brown.
In another pan saute garlic and onion, then pour the coconut cream.
Then follow the tilapia and all the vegetables and siling haba together, simmer and add salt to taste.

Mango Salad with Bagoong

Today I visited some blog and do some comment to make friends too. I also followed their blogs and have plan to try their recipe.
My first recipe is  :

Mango and Tomato Salad

4 whole green mango (peeled remove the seed)
2 red onion
10 tomatoes
2 tablespoon bagoon or salty shrimp relish ( a filipino condiment)

Chopped the mango. tomato and onion into small pieces and mix it all together then add the bagoong.
This is great  with grilled pork and Tilapia.

Hi I am new on cooking , I do really love reading recipe blogs, from them I learn to cook, and guess what I believe that I can cook because I love cooking even cooking is really not my forte but I do really give it a try , just like in a saying that "try and try until you succeed".

I'm inspired on all the recipe that they created and somehow someday I can do the same. But for now I am happy on what I am doing just reading their blog and share what's my favorite dish for the day and what blog and recipe that I pick.

Hope you will love and follow me on my journey of cooking!!!

On my second post I will share my first recipe card from the thousands of blogs online.
